big day in.

soo i promised to tell you about my vintage shopping exploits but that has to take a back seat to this.
Our school (I'm new there) has an annual even called the big day in.
we are meant to dress up but one thing i learnt about my new school is no one does.
But i love dressing up so i borrowed clothes from my parents and went as a person from the 80s the theme was 120years.
here are some photos. Enjoy:)!



The five cent coin trail. The school colletcted a whole lot of 5 cents so we could beat a world record (which we did) some people had to much spare time so they made some artwork. Yes it is all connected by the way



I'm on the right and on the left is my amazing friend hanna who has made me feel so welcome at the new school.
Jacket and shoes are vintage from my parents wardrobe and the necklace is 9 carat from Fiji

this winter...

This cold Australian winter I have made the decision to stop rely on black

But i think its about time i started embracing other colours aswell

When i see my friend kiera we are going to try and do one really COLOURFUL outfit

Half the weeks gone!

soo before i start. i would like to say my typing is very offf so your going to have to work with me:)

well i can finally return to school

except im not sure i want too:(
i really enjoy my days at home doing nothing!
even though i no i would be beta of at school.
it may coz im new?
i dont but yeh thats that.

So im really exited. YAY
On saturday im watching inception with a new friend and on sunday im going to kieras for a catchup.

finally a weekend thats gonna be fun!

Life is one big rollercoaster

This week has been one thats been full of surprises.. mostly good:)

1) dad finally agreed to let me babysit! I love babysitting ocz i love children, getting extra pocket money and staying up late making fairy bread!

2) i won the shoes ebay. military style shoes which are bang on trend, leather and i got them at the bargain knockdown price of $20:)

3) after promising to get my life back on track after recieving my reports for semester one. I finally got my first A+ WOOOOHOOOOO

the only down point of the week is my sickly flu:(

But apart from that what an amazing start to the week. Cant wait to see whats in store next!
